How I Review

Every product is judged the same way, so scores are comparable.

Minimum wear time

First look: 14 days. Full review: 30 days. Each review says which.

Scorecard (out of 50)

1. Comfort and wearability (1 to 10)
2. Battery and charging in real use (1 to 10)
3. App and data clarity (1 to 10)
4. Reliability: syncing, bugs, support (1 to 10)
5. Value: price plus 12 months of subscription (1 to 10)

Each score gets one sentence of evidence. Accuracy is reported as observations, not scored as a medical measurement.

Every review states

• Model, firmware and app version, dates worn
• How I got it: bought, gifted, loaned, or sent for review
• What I compared it against and what I did not test

Medical claims

I describe what the maker says, attribute it, and link the source. I don't say in my own voice that a device diagnoses or treats anything.
